By creating an account, downloading, or using PlantGo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Safety & Botanical Disclaimer

Crucial Botanical Health Warning: PlantGo is designed for educational, recreational citizen science, and nature appreciation. AI-assisted plant identification results may occasionally be inaccurate. Never consume, touch, or ingest any wild plant, berry, mushroom, or flora based on app classifications.

When using the radar and exploring outdoors, always remain alert to your physical surroundings, adhere to private property boundaries, obey local conservation guidelines, and do not harvest endangered wild flora.

3. User Conduct & Content

You are responsible for any plant sightings, pictures, or notes you submit to the community feed. You agree not to upload offensive, fraudulent, or copyrighted content that does not belong to you.

4. Intellectual Property

The PlantGo application, trademarks, logos, audio-visual elements, and software are the exclusive intellectual property of PlantGo and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlantGo and its developers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your outdoor exploration, usage of the app, or reliance on plant identification results.
